On Friday, November 12, the Moore Foundation representatives were invited to a demonstration of a Millikan Library experiment. At this demonstration, the representatives first excited the building using "people power;" shaking the building by stepping at the resonant frequency. We could see the response on the oscilloscope, and then moved to forced vibration testing.
